Questions buyers ask Vicky most
It is per m² of net (clear) area, including VAT and the 2% maintenance fee, before payment-plan and sales-policy incentives. Vicky will send a unit-by-unit calculation.
VND 100 million per slot. Refund/transfer terms follow the developer’s rules at the time — Vicky will walk you through them before any transfer.
Loans up to 75% of the unit value, 24-month interest support and a 36–60-month principal grace period (OCB). Final terms depend on the bank’s assessment.
Expected in 2028, with a premium finish: imported porcelain and laminate floors, Smeg/Bosch kitchen, Hansgrohe/Kohler bathrooms, concealed A/C, smart lock and video intercom (see Handover).
The design ratio is one car bay per apartment. Usage terms will be set out in the SPA and building rules.
